While our professional photos are in the editing process, we will kickstart the marketing of your home to other Realtors even before it hits the market, a tactic known as pre-listing. Here are the strategies we will implement:- Utilize our company's and my personal Facebook page to showcase your home to top Realtors before its official listing.

  • Send out 'just listed' postcards to neighboring homes within the community to leverage the power of word-of-mouth marketing and potential referrals.
  • Optionally conduct a broker open house to provide a sneak peek to real estate professionals.
  • Schedule and promote your first open house for the following Sunday after your listing is live on the BLC.
  • Develop and distribute professional brochures to highlight the key features of your property.
  • Place a For Sale sign either in front of your building or in your yard for increased visibility.
  • Display professional flyers outside your property for interested passersby to gather additional information.
  • Install a lockbox on your property to facilitate showings efficiently.

Typically, the above actions can be completed within 48-72 hours. During this period, you will receive a listing sheet for review. Please examine it closely and inform me of any mistakes or suggestions for improvement.
