Once the signed contract is in place, several important steps will follow:

1. I will forward the contract to your mortgage lender to kickstart the approval process.
2. Prepare to work closely with your mortgage lender by promptly filling out the necessary paperwork to expedite the approval process.
3. Submit the earnest money check to the seller's agent's brokerage within 2 business days of contract acceptance. Remember, this check should be personal, and send us a picture of it for tracking purposes.
