All your hard work in preparing your home for the market should soon pay off. Going forward, expect a recap every Monday afternoon, more frequently if there are questions or offers from other agents.
Now What?
Typically, we receive our first showing request within 36 to 72 hours. The showing system will text you showing requests. While we prefer 24 hours' notice, many requests are for the same day or evening. So, it's crucial to be prepared for showings daily, even if none are scheduled.
Upon receiving a showing request, you can approve, deny, or suggest an alternative day or time. Remember, the quicker we can accommodate buyers and minimize rescheduling, the sooner we can secure a contract for your property. Our goal is to make it easy for potential buyers to view your home promptly, adapting to their schedules to speed up the process. If you need to decline a showing for any reason, send me a quick text with a better time, and I'll be happy to help find a more suitable solution by contacting the other agent.
